Protecting you is our commitment to responsible gaming
99xq believes that entertainment is enjoyable only when it is controlled and approached with awareness. Use our tools and guidelines to keep your gaming experience positive at all times.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online betting and casino games are a legitimate form of entertainment — but like any entertainment, awareness is essential. At 99xq, we believe an enjoyable experience is only possible when players keep their time, money and emotions in check. Our platform is operated exclusively for players aged 21 and above.
Gambling addiction is a real problem that can have a serious negative impact on personal, family and financial life. That is why 99xq provides a range of protective tools and resources to ensure a safe environment for all users. Our goal is to make sure gaming never becomes a burden.
Responsible gaming means playing within a set budget, not chasing losses by placing more bets, and setting time limits on your play. When gaming causes stress rather than enjoyment, seeking help is the smart thing to do.
Warning Signs
- Gambling repeatedly to try to recover lost money
- Borrowing money from family or friends to fund gambling
- Neglecting daily responsibilities to focus on gambling
- Lying about or hiding your gambling activity
- Wanting to stop gambling but being unable to
- Feeling anxious or stressed about gambling
Use our protection tools
99xq provides several effective tools to help you stay in control of your gaming. These tools can be activated at any time through support.
Deposit Limit
You can set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately; to increase a limit you must request it through support and processing takes time.
Session Limit
Set a time limit for how long you play in each session in advance. When the time is up, the system will automatically prompt you to take a break.
Reality Check
A message is displayed at set intervals reminding you how long you have been playing and what your current balance is. This helps you stay aware.
Cool-off Period
If you feel you need a break, request a temporary account suspension for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. Your account cannot be reopened before the cool-off period ends.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is causing problems in your life, choose a long-term self-exclusion. This step is strict — your account cannot be reactivated before the period ends.
Support Team Assistance
For any issue, reach our team 24/7 via live chat or email. Our trained team is always ready to assist in both Bengali and English.

Core principles of responsible gaming
At 99xq, we believe that gaming and betting should be an enjoyable leisure activity — never a source of income or the central focus of your life. Our platform features welcome bonuses, promotions and exciting games, but we always want you to play with a healthy and aware mindset.
Keeping the following principles in mind will ensure your experience stays positive at all times:
- Only bet money that you can afford to lose without affecting your daily life.
- Winning is never guaranteed — the outcome of every game depends on chance.
- Do not place more bets in an attempt to recover lost money.
- Avoid playing when you have a headache, are feeling upset or are anxious.
- Take regular breaks and spend time with family and friends.
- Set a budget and a time limit before you start playing.
We believe responsible gaming is not only a matter of personal safety, but also a social responsibility. Stay aware of the impact gaming may have on your family and loved ones. If you feel that gaming is causing strain in your family relationships, that is an important signal to act on.
99xq is strictly prohibited for minors — that is, anyone under the age of 21. If any underage person has access to your device, use familiar parental control software and make sure they cannot access your account.
Please note: The outcome of all games at 99xq is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). No strategy or previous result has any influence on the outcome — every round is completely independent.
